 I hope that you will find all the details that you need to make your journey to us as enjoyable and as hassle free as possible, I will also include  many cost saving tips.The information we give you helps you decide if you want to fly or travel overland, the choice is up to each individual.

At the moment there are many budget airlines offering cheap flights (Aerlingus £65 inc taxes) to Malaga (APG) which is our nearest airport.   I would recommend going onto moneysavingexpertflight website and selecting your dates.

If you prefer to travel overland on the new high speed AVE train London via Paris to Malaga this site comes highly recommended

Once you have arrived at the airport and collected your luggage the next thing to do is to sort out your transport to our village of Monda.

We are 24 miles away and can be reached by car in 45 mins, good prices available (£82 a week or £54 for 4 days maybe worth sharing with friends) at Travelsupermarketcarhire

 Taxi very expensive at 50E each way!

 or by coach costing only 6.04E (£5.30) each way. Timetable

Leave the arrivals hall turn right and walk 50 yards to the bus stop, the non stop coach to Marbella takes 45 mins and you pay the 4.26E (£3.75) to the driver upon boarding, so have some change with you. (there is a Unicaja Bank with cash machine near the loos in the hall)

The coach arrives at the Marbella bus station, you make the one change and catch the local coach to Coin, you will need to go to the ticket booth in the main hall and pay for a ticket to Monda 1.78E (£1.56) 45 mins look up your coach departure time and route on the signboard up on the wall remember to look for Coin .

Loos are in the departure hall and a coffee bar, next door is a supermarket for all your needs ect.

We will collect you from the bus stop

in Monda village, use your mobile or there is a phone box in the square,    and two good Venta bars serving real Spanish coffee at 1 euro a go !

If you wish to extend your stay in Malaga or arrive a few days earlier to take advantage of cheap mid week flights, the number C19 bus takes you directly into the city 10 mins   1E fare where there are many places to stay, check them out at

(£25) with sea view, you take your choice.

There is a very good and frequent bus service to Marbella and the coast from here.
